ok...so the bathroom is actually only the size of ONE airplane bathroom WITH a shower. yeah, can't make any 360degree turns in there. i don't know how they came up with the design, but it sure is cramped. can't complain too much though. it's private and in our room. plus the bed is so comfy with a duvet to get lost in. today we found out that the beds they have here at the b&b are made in scotland by blind people. wha? yeah. pretty cool. the breakfasts are fantastic and i would for sure suggest a stay here if you don't mind the small bath or have extra dosh for one of the more deluxe rooms.
brighton has been fantastic. extremely hot though! we were hoping for a bit of relief from the texas weather, but it's nearly as hot here. luckily along the waterfront there is a nice breeze and evenings are lovely.
we ate at terre a terre again and i just can't say enough good things about the food there. so much flavor and the presentation is pure art. i bought more vegan truffles to go since we are headed to nice, france tomorrow.
