i've been out of town enjoying the west coast with a trip to big sur, california, followed by a trip to san francisco to see my bloody valentine! we bought tickets to see them overseas this summer in england and scotland, but we couldn't afford the trip and had to sell, or in the case of our scotland tickets, just let go (thanks to scalpers, there was no possibility of selling the ones in glasgow).

thought i would share footage of the band making the rocket segment before showing you our reaction. the footage i took below is of my husband and i during the 20+minute noise segment of "you made me realise"...it's pretty funny. we look out of it because we were. that span of time turned into a time warp and we felt like we were in a jet engine.
