getting and staying motivated to create is my mountain to climb. every day i can become distracted by the clutter of chaos in my home or the emails i need to follow up on or the list of to do. my husband is at work on sundays, so my sense of weekend is skewed. today i have started off on a good note. i began filling out my etsy sellers worksheet for the jewelry items i've listed. i've been selling since january, but i've never kept track of my costs. hopefully this will help me in setting prices and making sure i'm at least breaking even. seems to always be the case with creative things in my life...trying to just break even. it's amazing to me how much art and music play a role in the every day lives of people and how undervalued the arts and artists themselves are by our society. if art and music were gone, what would life be like? ponder...
most days i spend alone with the company of these furry friends..
goals for today:
-complete two more jewelry pieces
-file "important" clutter in file cabinets
-load my new diana f+
-find an affordable light meter for my twin lens
-listen to music and avoid the telly
-yoga
-salt soak
